According to Crunch Gear, a user on the Beyond3d forums installed a Corsair F120 in his older model “fat” PS3 and discovered that the load time for Gran Turismo 5 was reduced by half. Yup, solid state drives (SSD) are pretty awesome. Happy gaming!
