After much consideration I got it about 2 weeks back. I believe the have a U31SD which is using the newer chipset and newer i5. The one I bought comes with a i5-480M (2.66GHz) | Nvidia GeForce 310M (1GB dedicated DDR3 VRAM) | 2 x 2GB DDR3 | 500GB HDD (7200RPM) | Windows7 Pro 64bit. And price is just about US$1150.
