Toshiba postpone its Regza Tablet AT300 Launch in Japan for Andoird 3.1

Schedule for the end of this month, the AT300/23C has now been cancelled and replace by the AT300/24C and schedule to hit store shelves in Japan at the end of July. Both the AT300/23C and AT300/24C comes with the same hardware: Tegra 2, 16GB of Internal Memory, 10.1” 1280×800 screen, but will now comes pre-loaded with Android 3.1.
A few numbers of AT300/23C will however see the day of light and will be distributed to business that were planning to use mainly this tablet as a business tool.
