Iiyama releases two new ProLite LED Backlight Monitors in Japan

Iiyama Japan has announced that it will release at the end of this month two new LED backlight ProLite monitors with the 24” ProLite E2473HDS and 21.5” ProLite E2273HDS. Both models comes with a Full HD Resolution, a 1,000:1 constant contrast ratio with a 5,000,000:1 dynamic one, a 5ms response time, DVI-D, D-Sub, 2 HDMI inputs and a pair of 2x2W speakers.
But the most important aspect here is Iiyama new slim edge design that offer thinner monitor and improved power consumption allowing a 40% decrease in power needs.
These monitors will be put on the market at around 22,800 and 19,800 Yen respectively.
