As a fan of the Google experience devices, since I own the original HTC Nexus One, I was excited to read today about BGR announcing they exclusively learned details of Google’s upcoming Nexus device. Unless you’ve been under a rock, you should know that the second Nexus seems to be everywhere, recently releasing on Sprint as the Samsung Nexus S 4G.

They said it will feature an OMAP 4460 or ultra low-power 28nm Krait-based Snapdragon next-generation dual-core 1.2GHz or 1.5GHz processor, a huge 720p HD display, 4G LTE radio, 1GB of RAM, 1080p HD video capture and playback, a 1-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 5-megapixel backfacing camera with an advanced 5-megapixel sensor to deliver class-leading image quality and superior low-light performance.

Since this Nexus will be supposedly running Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), it’s said to feature software-based Android menu buttons below, much like in Android Honeycomb (3.0).

All of this is said to be contained in a slim device, which BGR believes might be one of the first AT&T 4G LTE smartphones. If I had to make any predictions, I’d say it seems like an HTC phone since they are the only ones really using Qualcomm processors, while everyone else seemed to adopt NVIDIA Tegra 2.

Their source said that we should see this device around Thanksgiving (November). Let’s hope these rumors come true!
