Toshiba updates its Gigabeat P

Toshiba recently offered in Japan the P Series, a MP3 player that had troubles selling. Not only does this player have an average look, but it also comes in 512MB or 1GB. Toshiba offers since yesterday a new version with 2GB of memory, again with an average look, but with the possibility to change the front cover, which is good if you have a tendency to scratch it. Otherwise, the player supports MP3, WMA, WAV, has a FM tuner, and lets you record the radio in MP3. It weights 50g and measures 83×31x12.9mm.

If the S Series is really a good product, the P Series is rather fair…
