BenQ’s R100 tablet now also available in Japan

Unleashed in China early march 2011 BenQ’s R100 10.1” Android 2.2 Tablet is now scheduled to be available in Japan later this month at around 30,000 Yen.
The R100 comes with a 10.1” LCD with a 1024×600 resolution, runs on a Samsung S5PC100 CPU at 833MHz, with 512MN of DDR II RAM, as 8GB of internal memory, a 3Mpix Camera, a SD Card reader, Bluetooth, WiFi and HDMI out and seems to run on Froyo or Android 2.2.
Other specs include a 29.4Wh Li-Polymer with a total weight of 720g and a size of 266x172x14.55mm.
