Here you are another ultrathin and ultra-desirable laptop from ASUS, the UX21! With a total weight of 1.1kg and a thickness of 17mm (0.3-17mm) this all aluminum alloy laptop and glass track pad will come with several CPUs including Intel’s latest Sandy Bridge Core i7! Think this is cool? Hold a sec, ASUS will also provide this computer with a super fast SATA III SSD and USB 3.0.
Finally and according to ASUS, this UX21 comes with a stunning 1 week of hibernate battery life really cool but no words on the actually battery life of these badass when on.

With a trackpoint it would be great. Still can’t imagine people preferring track pad instead track point…
The price will surely be huge, too much for me I bet.

Why won’t asus cased it in carbon fibre or fibre glass resin like Toshiba did in its entry R800 series. And I really wonder why Toshiba could churn out a super quality notebook that leaves every brand behind in dust yet offers it in a price that won’t break aby bank.

besides an aluminum cased laptop in bare metal finish like all apple laptops looks so really cheap. Its like the wheel of your car in bare aluminum versus the car to your left sporting titanium finish wheel.

My point is, if the apple laptop is cased in titanium with platinum linings and jewelled at that, maybe Steve Jobs could priced it at abot thousand dollar a piece. But at the present poor build and mediocre performance, it should cost only about the same price that Foxconn spent onit: US$100.00 one hundred dollar a piece of junk apple.
