NihonCar.com in the New York Times!

As you know, your Green Space Pig (that would be me!) does not only peddle gadgets, but share an intense passion for everything that goes fast… real fast!
In the summer 2005, thanks to the advice of Cyril Drevet, a friend of mine who works for a TV show named “Turbo” on the French channel M6, I started Nihon Car & Bike, which is now NihonCar.com.

And today, one year after, we’re surprised and delighted to discover that Ray Wert, the Associate Editor of Jalopnik.com and also Freelancer Columnist for the New York Times, selected us for their top 10 list of must-read automobile websites! You can now find NihonCar and the article on their October 25th paper issue and on the web, at:

AUTOMOBILES SPECIAL October 25, 2006 Online Advice: Snarky or Authoritative or Both By RAY WERT

What’s more gratifying for us is that after only one year of existence, we find ourselves right next to some major names of the automotive journalism, such as Edmunds.com, TopGear.com (the best auto TV show of the moment), WindingRoad.com which I appreciate a lot as well…

I’d like to thank you all for your support, including the people who help us everyday with the car tests. Thank you also to:

Toyota
Honda
Subaru
Mitsubishi Motoros
Damd
Nissan
Mazda
Ancel
Mugen
Daihatsu
Suzuki
NATS
INGS+1….

As for our readers, the only way we found to reward you is to work even more on our articles and to continue providing you with even more exciting HD videos! In the meantime, here’s a preview of what’s coming up!

Thank you!
