Celebrate the start of summer with a fruity drink inspired Acer Aspire One Happy 2

While pink peach, lemon yellow, orange, papaya and blue curacao all sound like drinks you would get poolside or while lounging on the beach, these are actually the different “flavors” of Acer’s new Aspire One Happy 2 netbook.
Available in 4 different colors, these netbooks pack serious computing power, paired with low power consumption, with a dual-core Intel Atom N570 processor. Other features include up to 8 hours of battery life, Wi-Fi connectivity, Ethernet, optional Bluetooth 3.0 + support, and an Acer Crystal Eye webcam with the Acer Video Conference Manager.
If all that wasn’t enough it’s powered by not only Windows 7 Starter, but also packs Android, no mention of what version though, as a second operating system for instant-on use.
Lastly, if you like matching accessories, the Aspire One Happy 2 will also come with a similarly colored wireless mouse.
I’m kind of bummed I can’t get one of these in the US, although I’d probably trade out the Windows 7 Starter for Windows 7 Professional, but if you live in Italy, you can pick one up for 299 €.
