Marantz 7.1 amplifier for the masses

Marantz has a small (compact) 7.1 amplifier, the PS3001, available for 268 euros only. This is good news when you’re used to see much higher prices. It’s a 7.1 AV amplifier (7x100w, 6Ω), with a Cirus Logic CS49400 DSP chipset, and a 24bit/192kHz DAC/ADC. The amplifier is compatible with DTS, DOLBY, etc. In the end, it may be a good product, but it’s missing an HDMI port…
