[Hands-On] We tested Pioneer’s awesome WWS-DT101 Discussion table

Yesterday Pioneer introduced its impressive WWS-DT101 Discussion table with featuring a 52” Multitouch Screen, as well as WiFi, a scanner, TransferJet and with even an iPad dedicated software to let you interact with Apple’s tablet.
Anyway we had the chance today to get our hands-on this WWS-DT101 and we succeed to shoot a small demonstration video just for you.
Simply put and despite being a B2B only solution the WWS-DT101 is really an amazing piece of technology and I can’t imagine now that I’ve seen the WWS-DT101 in action having a videoconference without it.
Thanks to its Quad Core i7 950 CPU and its 6GB of RAM, the WWS-DT101 is extremely responsive with a few little “miss” when it comes to manipulate data, images or draw comments on pictures.
Sold at around 3 Million Yen the WWS-DT101 is really expensive, but think about all the advantage of such solution and all the saving you will make in transportation, Hotel and even time if you had to travel across the world for internal meeting that can now easily be if both parties of a meeting are using the interactive table.
