NEC likes their Core 2 Duo desktop PCs to be quiet
If you’re looking for silent PCs for desktop use, the latest NEC computers in the SEGUENTE Express 5800/50 series have a water-cooling system. For your information, the most powerful computer in that range is the 53Xd, with a Core 2 Duo E6700, 1GB of RAM, 80GB of hard disk, a nVIDIA Quadro FX 1500 graphic card. It is priced at 2800 euros.
