Planex bring the MZK-MP01HD Media Box in Japan

The MZK-MP01HD is Planex’s new connected Media or DivX box. Supporting pretty much everything with :

MPEG-1（DAT/MPG/MPEG), MPEG-2(ISO/IFO/VOB/MPG/MPEG/TS/TP), DivX 3/4/5/6/7, MPEG-4, Real Video 8/9/10（RM/RMVB), H.264/MPEG4-AVC(AVI/M2TS/MKV/TS), WMV9(ASF/WMV), Quick Time(MOV), Flash Video(FLV）, Xvid(AVI/DivX/MKV), MotionJPEG(AVI/MP4), and VC-1

The MZK-MP01HD also gives you the possibility to access to VoD Services like YouTube and stream its contents to your TV. Accepting 3.5” HDDs the MZK-MP01HD can also be used as a NAS at home or at the office.

The MZK-MP01HD has been announced at 15,000 Yen in Japan without HDD and will be soon available across Japan.
