I have no idea what the advantage of a rotary shaver is. Has anyone tried one?

Does it make a noise? If so forget it!

This type of rotary, similar to old fashion “reel” mowers, will produce much closer shaves and less irritation that you get from rubbing the shaver over your face like typical three head rotary razors or vibrating razors like Braun.
