The ideal speakers according to JVC

JVC offer a new design for their speakers: some sort of ball with 12 sides. Alright, alright, don’t start with me, I know balls don’t have sides..! It’s probably what I had for lunch; it’s making me dizzy… Anyway, this ball with 12 sides has 11 (vibrating) speakers arranged as shown on the picture below, to offer a spatial or 3D effect to your music.

    Just call it “Dodekaeder” thats the correct mathematical term for an Polyeder with 12 pentagon shaped sides ^^

    I think it´s more design, than really an advantage…

    Copy, copy copy, design of something what was already made in de late ’70s by a german brand (i thought it was grundig). Ok it will be beter i guess, but it’s nothing new)
