Toshiba unveils new Satellite P 3D, P and L Netbooks in Europe

Toshiba has rolled out this afternoon in Europe several new notebooks with the P750/755, P770/775 and L Series.
The P750 and 755 Series comes with a nice 15.6” display with a 1366×768 resolution a wide selection of Sandy Bridge CPU including several i3, i5 and i7 ones, a GeForce GT 540M GPU with Optimus, 8GB of RAM, a 750GB HDD or SSD and Blu-Ray Drive, while the P770/775, a 17.3” Notebook only comes with Core i5 and i7 CPUs, a Full HD Screen 750GB of HDD and the same GeForce GT 540M GPU with Optimus graphics.
Both the P750/755 and P770/775 Series are also availed with a 3D screen with active shutters are and named respectively P750/755 3D and P770/775 3D.
Finally the Satellite L Series is available in a wide variety of CPUs including new Core i3, i5 and i7 with the :
Satellite L730 / L735 for highly mobile users
The 33.8cm (13.3’’) Satellite L730 / L735, offering a weight starting at only 2.1kg, is mainly targeted at users who need a really mobile device.
Satellite L750 / L755 for occcasional travel
The 39.6cm (15.6’’) Satellite L750 / L750D / L755 / L755D with its weight starting at 2.5kg is appropriate for consumers who want to use their laptop at home and out and about.
Satellite L770 / L775 for desktop replacement
Offering a screen with a diagonal of 43.9cm (17.3’’) and a weight of 2.8kg, the Satellite L770 / L770D / L775 / L775 is targeted at consumers who require a large display on their laptop.

These new entertainment powerhouses – Satellite P750 / P755 and Satellite P770 / P775 – meet the needs of movie and sound enthusiasts. They can easily handle demanding entertainment tasks by working with powerful 2nd generation Intel® processors and a wide selection of advanced multimedia features including a HD and HD+ LED backlit display combined with powerful NVIDIA® graphics and a Blu-rayTM ROM and rewriteable optical disk drive for recording, rewriting and playback. Blowing new life into movie libraries with 2D to 3D conversion
Both the Satellite P750 / P755 and the Satellite P770 / P775 support streaming of 3D content via HDMI® to a connected stereoscopic 3D-TV. The 3D movies can be played back from either a 3D DVD or a Blu-rayTM 3D disk. Thanks to the calculation power of the laptops and Toshiba’s sophisticated 2D to 3D conversion algorithms, the new Satellite P series models are even able to add the 3D depth information to 2D movies.
Designed to be seen with
The Satellite P750 and P770 have a velvety, fingerprint-proof black finish with a striped design featuring a grainy texture on the LED cover and around the keyboard. Glossy, straight rims provide the perfect contrast. The Satellite P755 and the P775 come with an even more refined design that gives the laptops a metallic look. The optional, white keyboard illumination adds a distinctive aesthetic appeal.
