JVC new HA-FXT90 Headphones come with a two driver units per earphones

JVC is claiming the first of its kind in the In-ear headphone category by offering to its new HA-FXT90 in-ear headphone two driver units per earpiece. Available this month in Japan at around 10,000 Yen this new configuration, the “Twin System Unit” provide experience with deep bass as well as rich and details sound reproduction.
These headphones works on an 8Hz to 25kHz bandwidth reproduction with a 107dB/1mW output sound pressure at 12Ω.

    Shure has been using dual drivers for years in some of its earphones

      Those Shures are using balanced armature drivers. Many companies have been using multiple balanced armatures in their in-ears for years, both custom and universal (Ultimate Ears, Westone, etc etc), but ive only heard of a handful that use multiple dynamic drivers in in-ear monitors…three in fact – Radius with the HP-TWF11 and TWF21 (which im pretty sure they were the first to implement two dynamics in an earphone), Sonocore, and now JVC.

      These JVCs sound pretty interesting. Hope they sell them overseas instead of just in Japan
