Pixar working on an Adaptation of Totoro for Xmas 2011?

Not sure what to expect here and if I am quite found of Pixar’s work I just worried when someone is talking about working on a modern adaptation of my favorite Anime. Anyway according to JapanCinema.net, Pixar is planning to release its “Totoro” version of this mystical magical anime around Christmas 2011… Wait and see!

I hope not. Pixar’s adaptation of Mario Puzo’s works are quite disappointing.
