Joe is Japanese and he is Back! And for a good cause!

Back in 2007 we stumble upon a nice little teaser of an upcoming Anime: Joe is Japanese. Anyway we loved the Teaser, we loved the spirit behind the character of Joe Mc Cunney and when we received an email from the guys behind this Anime about a short essay on what happened in Japan early March we could not resist writing about it and sharing it with you.

This essay or short Manga is free to read, but, as Jesse is pointing out in his email, if you happen to enjoy this read, we ask that you consider donations to the Search Dog Foundation. It’s an unsung group that has sent rescue dogs to find people in over 75 deployments- including the World Trade Center attacks, Hurricane Katrina, the Haiti disaster, and now in Fukushima, Japan. We’re hoping our little odd-ball comic will support a lesser known group of (furry) heroes.
