Asus to launch Eee PAD this Friday in Taiwan

We had the chance to get our hands on this very exciting Eee Pad a few weeks ago at CEBIT 2011, and we just learned (Thanks everyone for the tip) that ASUS is planning to launch its Eee PAD this Friday in Taiwan! Yeah I know life sucks for the rest of us not leaving in Taiwan, but hey, I am sure that the Eee Pad will come soon enough!
Anyway, the Eee PAD has been confirmed to run on Honeycomb, and comes with a 10.1” WXGA IPS Screen, NVIDIA Tegra 2 and will be available in either 16 or 32Gb! Finally Engadget reports that this little baby will be sold around 799USD in Taiwan.
