KDDI introduces the Motorola XOOM WiFi Tablet and HTC EVO WiMax in Japan

Softbank has its iPad and soon iPad2 tablet, Docomo has now its LG Tab and KDDI showed this morning its new android 3.0 Tablet the Motorola XOOM along side another very promising Android Smartphone the HTC EVO WiMax!

Both models does not need any introductions since they have already been introduced in North America and in Europe but just to refresh your memory, the Motorola XOOM is an Android 3.0 Tablet powered by a 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 CPU with a 10.1” screen (1280 x 800), 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
