KDDI to finally launched its Samsung SMT-i9100 Android 2.2 Tablet in Japan

Unveiled for the first time last October 2010, Samsung’s new SMT-i9100 Tablet designed from KDDI in Japan will be put on the market early march 2011. Running on android 2.2, the SMT-i9100 comes with a 7” multi-touch display with a WSVGA resolution (1024×600), the usual Wi-Fi and CDMA 1x Win 3G, 4GB of internal memory, 512MB of RAM, Bluetooth, MicroSDHC Card and a 2Mpix Camera module.
