Sony Japan discontinued the NEX-3 in Japan

Without much details of any official statement, all NEX-3 models in Japan including the NEX-3A, NEX-3K and NEX-3D are now no longer available and marked as “Discontinued” on Sony’s official website.
Introduced in June 2010 alongside the NEX-5, the NEX-3 was a very capable 14.2 Mipx APS-C camera.
If you are still interested in this camera, make sure to Visit SonyStyle Japanese Online store to grab one of the few models still available.
