ES1000, Epson’s new ultraportable projector screen

Epson has announced in the USA a new projector screen the ES1000. The particularity of this new projector screen is its ultraportable design made to be easily carried around and extremely light with less than 3kg. Announced at around $128.99 MSRP this new projector screen will offer you a maximum screen size of 50” and can be fully operational in just 30 seconds.

    Nice.

    Too bad it isn’t a bit larger. 50″ is too small nowadays. Samething like 70″ 16:9 would’ve been perfect in a concept like this.

    Maybe it’s 50″ because they wanted it to be portable?
    I think that if you want a bigger projection screen, all you have to do is find a big clear chunk of wall, white if possible, and just project the image at it’s maximum.
