You’r right, but by adding the touchpad behind the screen give another way to interact with games, something that the 3DS does not have.

true true.. and since they know Iphones and the lot sell for up to 7-800dollar new (without contract), they’ll be thinking by themselves “oh, well i’m sure 550$ would be the sweetspot for the early adopters.” 3y later “us normal geek/people” can buy it for half that pricetag. **Remove the 3y later part when The 3th Birthday II or a new God of War comes out…

Hey Daimaou, thanks for posting the only actual video of that press conference. I don’t understand why Sony isn’t releasing an official video of the whole press conference including English language translation dubbing when needed. If there actually is such a full press conference video online, someone please post the link!

id say $300 or more.

This thing has the same graphics ability as a PS3 and an OLED screen (which are still expensive)

One thing im wondering is the whole 3G docomo plan. Will it be compulsory? And will it mean that people wont be able to import from Japan?

Well knowing sony… and when they first release a new consol it’s probably going to be hella expensive compared to the 3ds. Look at it ps3′s price tag when it first came out $700+… hopefully they won’t make the psp2 the same price as a ps3
