[EV Expo] Miluira the Takayanagi EV Retro Car

[EV Expo] Miluira the Takayanagi EV Retro Car

Introduced last December, the Miluira is Takayanagi first commercial EV Car, and like most Japanese Electric Vehicles, the Miluira was introduced for the first time to the public at this year EV Expo.
Now I remember that I have been quite hard on the little Miluira, announced at 6.3 Million yen, this car cost twice as much as a Nissan Leaf and just offer a 35km range at a 60km/h maximum speed, but then, after seeing in real the Miluira I must admit that now my mind has changed… for the worse! No seriously how can be dumb enough to spend 6.3 Million Yen on such crap? Is this what small Japanese companies can do best?!?!?

LOL, I threw up a little

Seriously, this thing is beyond ugly, it is just pure stupidity. If it was 1908 it might fit in, not 2011.

This thing belongs in Disney World as a kiddy ride

Not really caring for the color (or the sponsorship/partnership decals on the side); however, I think it has a (very) retro, almost steampunk charm. But, yeah…that’s not $84000 (approx. USD…Thanks, Google) worth of charm.
