Windows Phone 7 on your good old HTC HD2… It just work!

Unless you were stuck under a stone for the past 24h, you should already be aware by now that you can finally upgrade (unofficially) your HTC HD2 to Microsoft latest Mobile OS, Windows Phone 7.

So just out of curiosity, I decided last night to give it a try on my good old HTC HD2, and after spending quite some time downgrading it and tweaking a few stuff… I finally succeeded in installing WM7 on my little HD2… And so far… SO GOOD! I just have a tiny problem with my HTC HD2′s Camera, but for the rest everything seems to work according to plan… So if you are not scared to brick your HD2 and want to live your life “dangerously”… Well you now know what to do!

Good I wanted to ask you if you had succeeded. Concerning the camera, it seems to be a problem with the flash. I didn’t have time to upgrade to WP7 for the moment, and as it is my only phone, I will take my time to do it well

  What a XXXX pain to install Exchange on this… It is seamless on the iPhone… And here… I hate it ! Really !

  You’re trying to install Exchange on your phone? I didn’t even know that’s possible. Thought it would only install on Windows Server.
