Let’s Visit Tokyo – Sky Tree
Sky Tree is set to be the tallest building in Tokyo area, and set to compensate Tokyo Tower lack of “power” when it comes to broadcast digital TV within Tokyo Area. Yes, like the Effeil Tower, both Tokyo Tower and Sky Tree are mainly use (nowadays) to broadcast TV.
While the Tokyo Tower is a few meters taller than the Effeil Tower with 333m for first one and 324 for the second one, Sky Tree, once finished, will be almost twice as much taller than Tokyo Tower with a total of 634m making it, according to Wikipedia that tallest tower in the world beating Canton Tower in Taipei China (600m).
Anyway, this tower is still under construction but already gather a lot of curious people, and thanks to our good friend and Cameraman emeritus Benoa-San (I know he is not retired yet but still, he is way better than many other so called professional I know), you will have the chance to enjoy a six minute long video of this unique Tower under construction.
