[CES 2011] Sony’s new Vaio Line-up brings 3D, AMD Fusion and Intel’s last Gen Core CPU

Let’s start with the 3D ready and capable Vaio F Series, this new series of Notebook, comes with Intel’s last gen Core i7 CPU, USB 3.0 as well as Nvidia new GeForce GT540M GPU. The F comes with not only a Full HD 3D LED backlight monitor but also a built-in 3D Transmitter based on Nvidia’s 3D Technology. On top of than, thanks to a nifty 3D integration, the Vaio F can convert on the fly any 2D content in 3D by just pressing a single button, now you will be able to enjoy your good old 2D DVD or Blu-Ray in 3D.

Another laptop, behold the Sony Vaio S Series. Available with a 13.3” LED Backlight monitor, and comes with a selection of Intel’ second generation Core I CPUs as well as Intel Wireless Display allowing you to stream HD contents to your TV without wires.

The last Notebook to be introduces at CES is the Y Series powered by AMD’s new FUSION series of APUs as well as some new Intel’s Sandybridge CPUs in a 11.6” notebook.

Finally the last computer from Sony introduced at CES is not a notebook but an All-In-One Desktop, the Vaio L, with its 24” multitouch screen and a nifty infrared border containing many shortcuts in order to quickly let you interact with the OS. The Vaio L comes in different flavors with different Intel’s second generation CPU and however all integrate Nvidia new GeForce GT500M.
