LCD based RDZ 3D Display Technology developed by Samsung and RealD

The new 3D technology developed jointly by Samsung and RealD is called RVZ. It offers full resolution high definition 3D video and is compatible with the same 3D eyewear used in RealD 3D-equipped motion picture theaters around the world. The technology also offers the highest image quality in 2D mode. No word on when this technology will be commercially available, but demos will be taking place at CES in Las Vegas starting tomorrow.
