Guess what? Toshiba may be the first Japanese major company to believe in the tablet market, and despite its quite embracing track record in the UK with the Folio 100, the Japanese company has released to a few privileged journalists in the USA, yet another tablet running Android Honeycomb (aka 2.4) and running this time Tegra 2.
While this tablet is yet a prototype and still searching for a name, Engadget reports it comes with a nice 10.1” capacitive screen with a 1280×800 resolution, a 5Mpix camera on the rear and a 2Mpix front-facing camera, HDMI, USB, SD Card reader and so on… Hope this baby will come to Japan soon since we are here desperately looking for a competitor to the all-mighty, yet amazing iPad.
