MSI Windpad 100W 10” Windows 7 Tablet not so hot after all

NetbookNews was at the MSI launch in Taipei of the Windpad 100W, a 10” Tablet running Windows 7 powered by an Atom Z530 CPU, with 32GB of SSD, USB port, SIM Card Slot, accelerometer, HDMI, Web Camera… While the device seems pretty exciting, the folks at NetbookNews were far from impressed by the device at all, but as they kindly stressed during their 4 minutes video (below), the product they had in hand seemed to be a prototype and we just hope that MSI will fix many issues that the folks at NetbookNews had during their test at the press conference before they launch it in the wild – but then again, who’s stupid enough to run Windows 7 on an Atom slate (tablet)?
