TA117, Onkyo’s first Android 2.2 Tegra 250 Tablet

Onkyo Japan has introduced today yet another Tablet, the TA117. Unlike its sluggish predecessors like the TW317, this new TA117 comes with a Tegra 250 Chipset (1Ghz) and Android 2.2.
This new Slate comes with a 10.1” (1024×600) screen, two USB 2.0 ports, WiFi, Bluetooth, microSDHC slot, HDMI, a 1.3Mpix Camera sensor in just 267x173x14.8mm and 800g.
Oh and before I forget, the TA117 comes with two different flavors with either 8 or 16GB of Internal memory!
As usual Onkyo only offers this slate in Japan, but if you go and check GeekStuff4U.com tomorrow you may have the possibility to pre-order your TA117 right-away avoiding you both an expensive plane ticket to fly over to Japan and the unhealthy jetlag coming with it.
