LG will put $18 Billion on the table in 2011 for “Electronics”

According to Reuters, the Korean giant LG is going to spend up to $18 Billion by investing 12% in order to concentrate on “Electronics” like TVs, displays and other none “handset” goods including Solar Cell technology to compensate the loss in its struggling handset business.

Despite having reach great success with its Optimus One, LG will now make sure to not rely on just one segment to be more profitable.

Everyone knows that LG is the best and they are willing to spend the maximum in order to please their customers.

Maybe they can make phones that don’t suck *cough*eXpo*cough*

LG is right behind Samsung in mobile technology but now they are releasing one of the first 1080p video phones. I have no idea what you are talking about Mikael.

    • Mikael

That doesn’t mean they don’t have bad phones. My brother had an LG phone that died less than a year of using it and, like I mentioned in my previous post, the LG eXpo is a phone they all but forgot about. It had great potential, but failed miserably. I know this because I have one. AT&T doesn’t even sell it in their stores and despite the number of people that got the phone only to replace it soon after, LG still thinks the phone was a success. I have also talked to a number of people that have had other LG products that were initially great, but crapped out on them sooner than they should have. They should also spend some of their money on better customer/technical support. If you’ve ever called their support you would know what I mean.

DAIMAOU, your English sucks. It’s always downright painful to read.

LG sucks. There cell phone broke in 2 months. It is such a
low quality product. Quit taking the Japanese scientist and
engineer from Japan. Use your own cheap Korean people. We do not
    need cheap low quality products.
