My brother had an LG phone that died less than a year of using it and, like I mentioned in my previous post, the LG eXpo is a phone they all but forgot about. It had great potential, but failed miserably. I know this because I have one. AT&T doesn’t even sell it in their stores and despite the number of people that got the phone only to replace it soon after, LG still thinks the phone was a success. I have also talked to a number of people that have had other LG products that were initially great, but crapped out on them sooner than they should have. They should also spend some of their money on better customer/technical support. If you’ve ever called their support you would know what I mean.
