Let’s Visit Tokyo – Tachiaigawa

Tachiaigawa, is one of many villages stuck in Tokyo. There is nothing really mind-blowing about Tachiaigawa, but having a fisherman like village stuck in the amazingly huge Tokyo and between highways and huge corporation is somehow surrealist.
Also surrealist is that despite being almost lost in the middle of Tokyo, the water in Tachiaigawa seems to be clean enough for harvesting an incredible amount of fish!
Lost between a traditional way of living (fishing) and the ever-expanding industrialization of Tokyo, Tachaigawa is fighting day by day to keep its identity and a part of Japan history.
