TViX presents a new Video Machine with a cool design, and despite the fact that the machine offers 1080i HD out, we don’t know whether HD videos in Mpeg or other formats will be supported. What we do know now are the file types that are played back without problems: AVI(3.x, 4.x, 5.x, Xvid), MPG, DAT, VOB, .IFO, ISO, and for the audio MP3, WMA, Ogg, WMV. The TViX M-3100U supports IDE or SATA HDD’s and measures 183×138x75mm for 1.3kg (including the HDD).
