The D520, Samsungs new ultraslim for Europe

Samsung has announced the D520, a slim GSM phone that measures 101x46x15.9mm and weighs 93g. It has 80MB of internal memory, a 1.3MP camera and Bluetooth.

Samsung’s D520 launch is following in the footsteps of Samsung’s earlier releases of the SGH-D820 and the SGH-P300. The D820 is a slim slider with a rich QVGA 2.12” screen and a load of multimedia functions. The P300, better known as “the Card Phone” has the same unique dimensions of a credit card with a thickness of 8.9mm. The D520 will be the newest member to join Samsung’s lineup of stylishly slim mobiles.

The SGH-D520 will be available to the European and Southeast Asian market beginning in May.
