OTAS, a Japanese company, has a new “Ultra-slim” and light battery for iPhone 4 in its catalog with the Apocket B1100. By just adding 15mm and 51g to your iPhone, you will now improve its battery by 50% (According to OTAS), thanks to its 1100mAh internal battery.
The Apocket B1100 also adds a micro USB port to your iPhone making it possible to both sync and charge your batteries via a simple USB cable.
