Willcom introduces its new HONEY BEE4 PHS phone

Willcom, a Japanese mobile phone operator is far from being in excellent health since now most companies in Japan are switching to their PHS data Card to the good old 3G and even WiMax ones. Still Willcom is fighting hard to be relevant in this ever-changing world and announced this morning their latest handset the “Honey Bee 4”.
Developed by Kyocera (Kyoto Ceramic), the Honey Bee 4 with its six “candy” colors aims to attract teenagers on a budgets and who won’t spend too much time on the phone, but rather send e-mails and text messages.
The Honey Bee 4, comes with a larger integrated mailbox capable to store up to 100MB of email, a basic Mp3 player, support basic games, has a USB port and offers up to 700h of standby time or 540h of continuous talking time.
