Marantz sells a number of audio combos under the name Music Dialog with the Anthology, Precious and Platinum Precious ranges, We get an amplifier, an SA-Cd player and a couple of B&W amplifiers. In the case of the Platinum Precious series, you get a PM8001 (silver) amplifier, a SA8001 (silver) SA-CD player and a pair of XTA B&W speakers for 2300 EUR.
