Acer Announces New Gateway High-Spec Eco Laptop

Acer’s Gateway brand has announced its new eco-friendly and high-spec laptop, the EC19C-A52C/S. With an dual-core Intel Core i5-470UM processor (1.33GHz) with Turbo Boost, 11.6-inch 1366×768 screen, 2GB of RAM and a 320GB hard drive, this 28.9x285x204 mm (1.14×11.2×8 in) 1.35 kg (3 lbs) notebook has a six-cell battery rated for six hours. Ports and antennae include USB2.0, HDMI, VGA, Ethernet, audio in and out, 1.3-megapixel webcam, four-card reader, Wi-Fi b/g/n, and Bluetooth 3.0. The EC19C will go on sale starting tomorrow.
