Contact the company several times over the past years by either myself or one of our Chinese staff, each time we had people on the phone/email with the lowest motivation we ever see when it comes to provide product information or any kind of information from their product. Also they don’t give a XX if you are not Chinese. Basically the overall feeling we had is : Buy our product and just don’t even think of contacting us back.

This is, unfortunately, something I have seen from Chinese Company since the first day I lived there. Very low to nonexistent customer / PR / Marketing service.
