DeLorean Time Machine External HD for [Insert Movie Reference Pun Here]

Good morning, world! I’m starting my day off with something that makes my inner geek giddy with joy.

Flash Rods, the one-year-old maker of flash drives and hard drives embedded in scale models of hot rods and other cars, has added a new model to its six-car lineup of hard drive-integrated cars: a 1:18 stainless steel Back to the Future III DeLorean, complete with opening gull-wing doors and hood – not to mention the ’50s tires, Complicated Machinery on the hood, and Mr. Fusion.

At $250 for a 500GB Seagate hard drive, this item is a little pricey, but considering each product is hand-made and the storage components (other than the Standard B port between the two tail lights) don’t affect the external look of the model at all, this may be a good enough investment – especially considering the nerd points toting this around could get you.
