Acer shows off 4.8″ Android smartphone

Last but not least, Acer also unveiled a new Android-powered smartphone with a 4.8-inch display, a resolution of 1024×480, and LED edge lighting. It comes with an 8MP camera on the back that record 720p HD video (and has a LED flash), and an 1.3MP camera on the front for video calls. Like the iPhone 4, the smartphone features 6-axis motion sensors and accelerometer. 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and HSDPA (up to 14.4 Mbps).
Expected to launch in April 2011(which means it’ll probably be running Gingerbread!) for an as yet unknown price.
