Sony Bravia Update to Add Photo Sharing Support

The Bravia Postcard app on Sony’s Bravia line of flatscreen TVs will receive an update at the end of the month that adds support for Sony’s Life-X online photo-storing and sharing service. Along with viewing photos and slideshows uploaded to Life-X (as well as connected accounts on mixi, Picasa, and Flickr), users can comment on friends’ photo albums and send photo postcards to other Bravia television sets.

One caveat: only Bravia models sold after February, 2010, will receive this update.
