Kyocera’s electric bike solar charging station
Category: Environment - Tags: charging station, e-bike, Eco-friendly, electric bicycle, Kyocera, solar energy

Kyocera annonced a few days ago the production of “Solar Cycle Station”: an alternative to less eco-friendly electric bike charging stations that uses solar panels to provide energy. Equipped with three solar panels for a maximum output of 79.8V, and up to up to 1.14kWh per day. Six e-bikes (but how many Beasts?) simultaneously but the charging station itself costs $23,000… Who said solar energy was cheap?!
