Pocket USB TV tuner

The company called Links Japan presents a small TV/VHF/UHF/CATV tuner that looks like a USB key (and thus uses a USB port to connect to your PC). You can even use it to record TV in Mpeg2 at 720×480. A remote to control the device has been included in the package.

I can’t tell how this plugs into the cable. Is it an ether-only device or does it do wired stuff too? It seems to me a coax cable might be a little stiff for use with a USB device that can be tugged out so easily.
