An avalanche of Core Duo PC’s in Japan

A whole bunch of Core Duo machines were released by several manufacturers today.

At DosPara, a chain of shops at Akihabara, you can find the Prime Note Chronos NR, a machine powered by a T2300 (1.66GHz) and with a 128MB Mobile Radeon X700, 1GB of RAM (max 2GB), 80Gb of HDD space, DVD+-DL, Wireless LAN and a 15.4″ WXGA (1280×800) screen. The machine weighs 2.8kg.

Mouse Computer presents the LuvBook i1200FX and LuvBook i1200FX-W (with or without Wifi) that also has a T2300, and has an Intel video cars and a 15″ SXGA+ screen in a 2.65kg casing.

Not very Japanese is the Dell Latitude D820 and D620, with a T2300 and either a 14.1″ WXGA+ or a 15.4″ WXGA screen.

I saw Chronos N1, which has on-board graphics… I can’t find the one mentioned in the article…
